Admission & Re-Enrollment
- 2025-26 New Student Enrollment is open!
  Complete the admissions application. After your application is accepted, you will receive an email with additional information on how to enroll your child(ren) at Lourdes Academy and apply for tuition assistance.
  If applicable, apply for a School Choice voucher. We’re here to help make Lourdes Academy an option for your family. Applications for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program are accepted annually. The open enrollment application window for the 2025-2026 school year is February 1 - April 17, 2025.
  Open enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year opens February 1, 2025.
- Returning Students
  Re-enrollment for the 2025-26 school year will begin January 2, 2025. The date for current families to notify our enrollment coordinator if not re-enrolling is Sunday, February 16, 2025. Theresa Warwick can be reached at (920) 426-3626 or [email protected]
  Families will be billed the enrollment fee of $100/student on March 8, 2025.
  Annual financial assistance applications must be completed through FACTS. Applications will be accepted February 1 - April 10, 2025. Tuition assistance will be awarded starting in May 2025 to families that apply and qualify. Families will receive tuition assistance notices through FACTS.
