Admission & Re-Enrollment
- 2026-27 New Student Enrollment coming soon!
  Complete the admissions application. After your application is accepted, you will receive an email with additional information on how to enroll your child(ren) at Lourdes Academy and apply for tuition assistance.
  If applicable, apply for a School Choice voucher. We’re here to help make Lourdes Academy an option for your family. Applications for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program are accepted annually. The open enrollment application window begins February 2, 2026.
  Open enrollment opens February 2, 2026.
- Returning Students
  Re-enrollment for the 2026-27 school year will begin January 5, 2026. The date for current families to notify our enrollment coordinator if not re-enrolling is Sunday, February 15, 2026. Theresa Warwick can be reached at (920) 426-3626 or [email protected]
  Families will be billed the enrollment fee of $100/student on March 17, 2026.
  Annual financial assistance applications must be completed through FACTS. Applications will be accepted February 2 - April 9, 2026. Tuition assistance will be awarded starting in May 2026 to families that apply and qualify. Families will receive tuition assistance notices through FACTS.
