Curriculum grounded in scripture designed to teach students morals, values and good character traits and go on to lead faith-filled lives. That’s how our Catholic faith is lived out at Lourdes Academy in Oshkosh.
Through thoughtful discussions, classroom, prayer time and religious education, we strive to develop lifelong faith formation in all our students.

Lourdes Academy offers many ways for spiritual growth including:
Daily prayer and faith integration. Every school day starts with prayer, along with discussions of faith and prayer integrated in all classes throughout the school day.
Weekly rosaries and class Masses. Students participate in their faith by leading weekly Mass, starting with our 4-year-old kindergarten students.
All-system Masses. At the start of school and during Catholic Schools Week, students at all grade levels gather to celebrate Mass together.
Kindness Connections/Faith in Action. A program at the elementary and middle school levels created to help students put their faith in action through monthly themes.
Annual Eucharistic Procession. At the beginning of each school year, Lourdes Academy students participate in a Eucharistic Procession from St. Jude Parish to Lourdes Academy—bringing the Eucharist back home to the school chapel.
- Tuesdays With Mary. Tuesdays with Mary was founded by five graduates as a ministry for male high school students, teachers and parents who strive to be Jesus Christ’s followers through prayer, brotherhood and example.
- Faith-Based Clubs. Our middle and high school students have the opportunity to join faith-based clubs offered at each of their leaves. St. Joseph's Knights (MS boys), Gratia Plena (MS girls), Saints in Training (HS girls), and Tuesdays with Mary (HS boys) are offered either during the school day or after school to help our students grow deeper in their faith.
Service Hours. High school students complete 75 service hours as part of their graduation requirements, teaching the importance of servant leadership and being actively involved in their local community.

Elementary masses will be held at 9 a.m. every Thursday morning.

Campus Ministry Groups at Lourdes Academy

Tuesdays with Mary (TWM) is the student-led high school boys faith group at Lourdes Academy. Established in 2015 by the senior class at the time, TWM endeavors to help the men of Lourdes become the best-versions-of-themselves through discussions about faith and life, through the intercession of Our Lady, as well as through prayer, brotherhood, and service.

Saints in Training is our high school girls faith group that meets weekly on Tuesdays during knight Time/Lunch at Lourdes Academy. This group helps the girls involved to grow deeper in their faith through learning more about the saints and different liturgicial seasons/feast day. We also take time to talk about topics that are on the girls hearts as well as have fun with crafts and activities.

Gratia Plena (full of grace) is our middle school girls faith group at Lourdes Academy. We meet after school from 3:15pm-4pm on Tuesdays. This group discusses a wide variety of topics from saints to bible studies to how we want to continue to grow in our Catholic faith. If the girls bring a topic they want to discuss, that always gets talked about whether it be that meeting or the one the following week. This group is such a great way for our middle school girls to grow deeper in their faith as well as closer to fellow classmates.

St. Joseph's Knights is our middle school boys faith group that meets during Squire TIme at Lourdes Academy. This groups helps these boys to deepen their faith through learning more about how they can serve Jesus and take up their amour of faith to spread it to others.

Each year Most Blessed Sacrament, St. Jude, St. Mary’s Omro, St. Mary’s Winneconne, and St. Raphael contribute almost $1,000,000 to ensure that our students are successful and that Lourdes Academy is able to carry out its mission of preparing students for life, college, and a continued relationship with God.
